CY01_DISTRIBUTE_OPR_QUANTITY - Distributes the operation quantity to a group of individual capacities

This function module distributes the operation quantity to a group of persons which can be found in table T_KBED_QUAN.

The number of splits is set to the minimum of to number of persons and the number of splits of the operation.

At the moment the distribution of the operation quantity to the individual persons works very simple. Each person gets (nearly) the same quantity. 'Nearly' because of the fact, that the operation quantity is divided into parts without decimal places. So all the parts lower than 1 are summarized and added to the quantity of the last person.
