CY01_FUNCTION_DISPATCHER - Function dispatcher of the resource planning system

The aim of this function is to control the processing of the object-independent function and the several object-dependent functions.

If there is an object-independent function (parameter FUNCTION) the main flow control is called with this function as the initial message.

The second step is to check each of the object tables. If there is at least one entry in an object table, at first the table is sorted by the four functions and then the main flow control is called with a message that results in the call of an object-dependent function dispatcher. These object-dependent function dispatchers are using the main flow control to call the special processing funtions for each entry and each function in their object table. Because the special processing functions have to read the object tables, the interface of the main function dispatcher must be defined as global.
