CY01_MODIFIED_BEDGRU_RESET - Resets the list of modified requirement groups

This function is one of several functions to maintain modified requirement groups.

Every modification of an entry (modification also means deletion and addition) must be noticed in two ways: the field AENKZ of the entry must be set and an entry to the list of modified objects must be added. The list will be analysed by the interface functions.

This functions resets the list of the modified object.
