CY01_OPR_ENQUEUE_AND_NOTE - Enqueues and notes all orders belonging to a set of operations

This function module must be called before any operations which affect operations.

The steps which are carried out are the following:

1) determine the order

2) Check if planned order, existing work order or temporary work order.

3) For all existing work orders:

3a) check authorization

3b) check if the order is already enqueued. If it is not re-read order and try to enqueue it.

4) create two internal tables: one with all operations and the according orders where the checks are ok and one unambigious order table.

5) create output table with all correctly processed operations.

Any failure is written to the CM_F-log with application ID 'PPCP'.

To update the orders in the internal tables of the capacity leveling module, function module CY01_ORDERS_UPDATE can be used.
