CY01_ORDERS_UPDATE - Update of the internal tables for before noted orders

Funktionalität

The function module makes an update on the internal tables (SEL- and REL-tables, requirements grouping tables and so on) for a specified order.

The order must be noted by using the function modules CY01_OPR_ENQUEUE_AND_NOTE or CY01_ORDER_ENQUEUE_AND_NOTE or CY01_CAPREQ_ENQUEUE_AND_NOTE.

The order can be specified in multiple ways:

1) By capacity requirements record

1a) By AUFNR, BEDZL and CANUM

1b) BY BEDID, BEDZL and CANUM (if BEDID exists)

1c) By the index of a capacity requirements record

This is possible only if the capacity requirements record was processed by CY01_CAPREQ_ENQUEUE_AND_NOTE. In this case the noted entry of the capacity requirements record is deleted after the update. The noted operation is deleted only if there are no more capacity requirements records to this operation. The noted order is deleted only if there are no more operations to this order.

2) By operation

2a) By the key of the operation (AUFPL and APLZL)

2b) By the index of the operation

This is possible only if the operation was processed by CY01_OPR_ENQUEUE_AND_NOTE. In this case the noted entry of the operation is deleted after the update of the operation. The noted order is deleted only if there are no more operations to this order.

3) By order

3a) By the order number

3b) By the index of the order

The caller must know if it is a planned or a work order and has to fill the suitable input parameters.

In this case all entries (operations and orders) belonging to the order are deleted after the update.
