CY01_PERSON_QUALIF_DISPLAY - Calls the function to display qualifications for persons.

This function module is called by the flow control "main flow control" if the current entry of the object table for capacities contains the function "KA02" (Modify capacity), "KA05" (Display capacity) or "KA04" (Reset capacity).

The module itself calls the function which allows the user either to change or to display the capacity interactively.
