CY01_SET_LAYOUT - Sets all parts of a layout

Funktionalität
The function module sets all parts of a layout. The ID of the layout can be given explicitely. If not, the CURRENT_LAYOUT is used. The CURRENT_LAYOUT is set, if either a planning table or a tabular planning table profile was read.
The function modules gets the basic definition table for sorting and grouping TCY31_C_IMP. The current I_TCY31C ist modified or completed.
The depending entries in the sorting and grouping definition tables I_TCY31F and I_TCY31D are modified or completed too.
The current entries in tables I_TCY31H and I_TCY31_E are read again if necessary.
