Funktionalität
If an operation belonging to a planned order cannot be dispatched because of whatever reason, while 'Cancel scheduling due to error' indicator in the strategy profile is set, this routine is called.
It checks if the current work center is the production line of a production version or if there is already a production version used in the planned order. If a production version can be found, the module search the next production version ('Next' in the sense of the table of valid versions sorted by the version ID).
If such a version can be found, the planned order is rescheduled with that new version.
