CY09_INTERNAL_TABLES_CREATE_40 - Creates various interface tables depending on the switches in INDIEI

This funtion module is called during the initialization or during the calculation of capacity load by workcenters, planned orders or SOP orders. Depending on the switches in INDIEI, the module calls the functions to create:
o the table of the distribution keys (AVER)
o the table with the period split (PER_TAB)
o the table with the available capacities (KAP_AN)
o the table with the requirement groupings (BED_GRU)
o the table with the capacity requirements and available capacites for
each period (PER_BED)
o the table with the links between PER_BED and the capacity requirements (PER_EIN)
o the table with the links between BED_GRU and capacity requirements (GRU_EIN)
