Checks for the valid services applicable for a discharge movement and adds into the structure the valid services.Depending on the choice of the caller and depending on the parameter "AKTION" messages are collected or the valid services are stored in the RNLSR structure.

• The discharge time is take from the nbew table and all the services applied for a particular case are taken from the nlei table.

• The services which are valid for the discharge are taken from tn41 a customising table.

• Initially all the services from the tn41 table are checked with the discharge time from nbew table.

• Later all the services from nlei are valuted with the entries from tn41 for the respective time interval.

• If a match occurs at the first instance then that service is treated as a valid service.

• if no match occurs between the two then the first service from tn41 which falls within the time frame of the discharge time is entered as the valid service.

• If a match occurs but it is not valid for the time then that service is cancelled.

• And all the services which donot occur in the tn41 table are just ignored.
