Funktionalität

DRG billing DE

Calculates the length of stay (in days) relevant for DRG billing by adding all relevant movements up to a given date (or current date).

KFPV: Verweildauer = Zahl der Belegungstage = Aufnahmetag + jeder weitere Tag des KH-Aufenthaltes ohne den Verlegungs- oder Entlassungstag. Wird ein Patient am gleichen Tag aufgenommen und verlegt oder entlassen, gilt dieser Tag als Aufnahmetag.

Beurlaubung gemäß Kassenleitfaden zur Abrechnung nach KFPV und KHEntgG: der Abwesenheitsbeginntag UND der Abwesenheitsendetag werden gezählt, d.h. nur reine Urlaubstage zählen nicht.

Hinweise

If the SS_NFAL structure can not be provided, the SS_EINRI and SS_FALNR parameters have to be provided and the NFAL data is read from database.

If the SS_NBEWTAB table can not be provided, the movements are read from database with the help of SS_EINRI and SS_FALNR.
