This function can be used as a means to test the NPMI data exchange. It is not released for a productive environment. The authority to call this function should be granted very restrictively only!

To call this function, specify it in TNC301X-RFNAMEOUT.

It serves as a simulation of an MOH system that returns a negative acknowledgement, stating that the data from the IS-H system is not correct. IS-H data was either request or risk factors, depending on i_mtype. MOH informs IS-H via function ISH_NPMI_RECEIVE_RFDATA.
