This check function module raises an exception, iff the release code in the event container equals 'KI', the release code indicating requisition requests created via the internet/intranet.

By raising an exception when evaluating the workflow event coupling the registered workflow template/task IS NOT started.

E.g. the SAP worklfow template WS00000038 should not be started if the requisition request was created via the internet/intranet (=> release code KI). Therefore the exception is raised in this case.
