MPP_SPLITS_OF_WORKCENTER_GET - Exports the list of all splits for a specified work center and person

This function module can be used for the manpower planning - work center view.

The function module MPP_DATA_SELECTION_WORKCENTER must be called previously.

The module exports a list of all splits available for the specified work center and person.
