MPP_WC_AVAILABILITY_GET - Exports the availability of a work center in a given period split

Funktionalität
Exports the available capacity of the given work center for each period. The availibility is calculated by the sum of the availability of the assigned persons. It can not be taken into account that people may be assigned to different work centers. The periods must be defined by parameter PERTYPE as well as by the interface table.
Parameter PERTYPE is used to detect if the periode type has been changed since the last call. Attention: It is assumed that if the period type is the same, the periods are the same too!
The fields DATUV (start date of the period) and DATUB (end date of the period) have to be filled for each period in table AVAIL_OF_WORK_CENTER. Field index is for the callers internal use only.
