PM_TIME_CONVERSION - PM: Convert time and return External and Internal time units

PM_TIME_CONVERSION can be used to convert time from one unit to another. The source time unit can be external (H S M T) fixed defined types or internal from table T006. If the UNIT_IN_INT is set then it will be used as the source time unit. The desired external unit is defined by a fixed parameter. Both the external display and internal types are returned.

Essentially the interface can be used with FIXED types or internal types.
