Funktionalität
This function will be processed if an appraisal will be finished.
Functionality:
The qualifications which are included in the appraisal model will be overtaken into
the appraisees qualification profile. This takes place without using the workflow. That means: if somebody
has implemented the approval workflow and uses this function to overtake qualifications, the qualifications will be overtaken independent of wheter the appraisal is approved or rejected!!!
This means:
- existing qualifications will be changed (rating)
- missing qualifications will be added
- qualifications with the appraisal rating '0' (=not fullfiled) will be deleted
All changes will be done with the start date of the appraisal validity.
