Funktionalität

Creates a context of the context class specified in import parameter CONTEXT_CLASS.

If the X_TRANSIENT flag is set, the context is not entered into tables SKWF_CTX and SKWF_ISEL, but is temporarily stored in the main memory. It persists until it is deleted with function module SKWF_CTX_INVALIDATE_CACHE, or else, until the main memory is refreshed.
