SK_NUMBER_TO_DEST - SAPcomm: sucht den passende Server anhand der Teilnehmernummer

Internal function from Office&Communication. Most non-office user should use 'TELECOMMUNICATION_NUMBER_CHECK' which is documented in german.

This function searches the SAPcomm server responsible for the given 'NUMBER' and 'SERVICE'. 'NUMBER' ist expected to be a number in 'COUNTRY'. SAPcomm provides automatically the correct prefix while calling abroad.

'TYPE' is currenty not meaningfull but will be. Office user which control quality from output (draft, proof, graphic...) may try something else than the default (not yet implemented).

This functions return as 'DESTINATION' the 'Printer name' into which the data should be spooled. 'DNUMBER' is the number which will be dialed. 'DNUMBER' may be different from 'NUMBER' if:
'COUNTRY' is not the country from the SAPcomm-serve.
The table T164U provides a few exceptions while rewriting the number.

The menu 'scom' and the transaction 'skrt' support the table configuration and test.
