Funktionalität
The function module modifies the attributes of the object specified in parameter IS_OBJECT in order to assign the responsibiilty for the object according to parameter ID_RESP_PERS .
If parameter ID_NOT_PUBLISH is set, the corresponding flag will be set on the object. As the result, object and its hierarchy will not be re-calculated when the calculation is performed on the higher-level objects of the object specified in parameter IS_OBJECT.
If the parameter ID_USE_COST_FOR_PRICE is set, the latest calculated cost of the object will be populated in the 'Estimated Price' field of the outgoing edges of the object.
