UPX_LAYOUT_LB_COPY - Function to copy enhanced layouts

Used to write data for the layouts that are copied in bps0(to create a copy of the enhance layouts also) transactions in the buffer. So if the user saves the new copied layouts, then the enhanced layouts are also copied for the new created bps0 layout.

E.g If in bps0 in area A1, Level L1 there is a planning layout PL1 in manual planning, and this is copied to a new layout PL2 in the same area and level or to some other area and level. Then this means that the enhanced layout of PL1 along with all the customizing should also be copied to the enhanced layout of PL2. This information of which layout is copied to which layout is saved in the buffer using this function module.
