UPX_LAYOUT_LB_SAVE - Save the copied layouts to the database

Writes down the contents of the copied layouts physically in the database.

After the upx_layout_lb_copy module stores the information of the layouts to be copied and to be copied from into the buffer. Then if the user saves all the data. This module then reads the values from the buffer and physically copies all the contents from the relevant tables so that enhance layout of PL1 is copied to PL2 also.
