WGRC_D_PO_REWORK_READ - Get errorneous documents for rework

Funktionalität

This function does read the errorneous documents that have to be reworked.

If once the result table is filled you have to set the flag

iv_refresh to 'X' to refresh the result. Otherwhise the function

does not return an actualized result in case of changes that

are beeing done in the meantime.
