WGRC_H_COMBINE_DAYS - Combine days to week

Funktionalität
The reservation of capacities for deliveries will be read day-by-day.
So, there are seven tables containing the capacity information of one day-
This module combines these seven day-tables to one week-table.
All the single day tables become one "week table" here.
Three scenarios can be differented:
1) An incoming day table is completly filled with "free times"
--> The day table is mapped directly into the week table
2) An incoming day table is completly filled with "reserved times"
--> The day table is mapped directly into the week table
3) An incoming table contains "reserved times" but there are empty areas
--> The "free times" are filled here.
