WGRC_H_GET_WORKDAYS - Determine workdays of a week

Funktionalität

This function module looks if a requested day is a work day or not.

Therefore it determines - the day itself first (if it is a monday, tuesday...). Then it looks in the factory calender wether it is declared as a working day.
