Funktionalität

The input to this function is the table T_I_ARTICLES.

Each article's MATNR and WERKS must be filled in for processing to occur.

Forecast day is optinal and dominates I_FORECAST_DATE.

Results:
T_I_ARTICLES will be returned with a daily average
forecast and a weekly average forecast for each article !
T_E_FORECASTS returns a !!!daily !!!! forecast for the day specified
first: take T_I_ARTICLES-FORECAST_DATE
second: if empty take I_FORECAST_DATE
third: if empty take today
T_E_ALL_FORECASTS is the export table which will contain all of
the current forecast values for each article greater than or equal to I_FORECAST_DATE. If no I_FORECAST_DATE was submitted, than all forecast values since today will be returned.
