Requested optimization level is insufficient to allow inlining to take place.

Nachrichtenlangtext :

Cause . . . . . : The improved ILE inliner now requires an optimization level of at least 30. With lower optimization levels, the system will not immediately invoke the ILE inliner. However, the system will invoke the ILE inliner for the module, or the bound program or service program containing the module, if its optimization level is later changed to be at least 30.
Recovery . . . : Change the optimization level to be at least 30 to enable inlining.
