:T ISDN D-channel DTSE-out errors exceeded guideline of &2.

Nachrichtenlangtext :

Cause . . . . . : The number of DTSE-Out maintenance channel messages has exceeded the threshold value given by the system. The following may have caused the problem:
-- The remote NT has a low quality U interface connection.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your network interface is operational. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your connection, consult your local ISDN network provider to have the line tested to verify line operation of the remote U interface connection. To reduce the frequency of reports the DTSEOUT and THRESHOLD values in the network interface can be changed using the CHGNWIISDN command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The following table shows the network interface (NWI) identifier, maximum rate of Detected Access Transmission Error-out (DTSE-out) errors (errors per 15 minutes), the number of intervals that had a DTSE-out rate above the guideline, and the date and time the maximum rate occurred.

A sufficient number of DTSE-Out Detected Access Transmission System Error (DTSE-Out) messages have been received from the NT1 device to cause the error counter to exceed the threshold limit. The DTSE-Out error counter is incremented each time a DTSE-Out maintenance channel message is received by a TE device across an ISDN S/T interface. It indicates that a transmit data error has been detected by the remote NT across its U interface connection.
