Technical description . . . . . . . . : The following table show the weighted percent busy, the total I/Os, total reads and writes, and the date and time the weighted percent busy was above the guideline.

When I/O is weighted by the utilization of the arm the I/O occurs at and divided by total I/O, a metric is derived that indicates the average disk utilization experienced by each I/O operation. Since utilization is the primary determinant of queuing times an estimate can be made as to when jobs with high I/O rates negatively affect overall system performance.
