The Report Writer is able to create a report in several languages at the same time. In system configuration, you can enter the languages which the Report Writer is to take into account.

In the Extended General Ledger configuration menu, select the menu option 'Languages' under the 'Reporting' menu, and enter the required languages. Alternatively, you can call up the transaction GCRS directly.
The current setting is displayed as a default for the languages. In the standard system, the Report Writer only uses the logon language; no other languages are then displayed as a default (blank entry field). If you have already defined languages, you can restore the original status by entering a blank.
You must regenerate all report groups so that the changed language settings become effective. You can do this individually using the transaction Execute Report Group, or using the mass generator (menu 'Utilities').

Please note that the time needed to process the reports increases with the number of languages. You should therefore only enter the languages you require.
The logon language is always taken into account when generating the report groups.
