Report Writer: Text Variables for Cost Centers and Orders

Beschreibung

It is now possible to issue texts from the cost center master record and the order master in reports created with the Report Writer. The texts can be printed in footers and headers as well as on the first page, the last page and the comment page.

The following syntax applies:

  • Cost centers: %CSKS field
    In this case, 'Field' can be any field of table CSKS.
Examples:
  • %CSKS-VERAK Person in charge of the cost center

  • %CSKS-WAERS Currency key

  • %CSKS-BUKRS Company code

  • %CSKS-GSBER Business area

  • %CSKS-ABTEI Department

  • Orders: %COAS field
    In this case, 'Field' can be any field of table COAS.
Examples:
  • %COAS-WERKS Plant

  • %COAS-GSBER Business area

  • %COAS-KOSTV Responsible cost center

  • %COAS-STORT Location

  • %COAS-USER2 Person in charge

You can find out the field name for a certain text as follows: Show a cost center using transaction KS03 or an order using the transaction KO03 and call up the help text for the desired text with the PF key F1. Then call up the 'Technical information' in the menu 'Details'. The field name is specified there.
