Sets: Storing sets in transparent data base tables
Beschreibung
Using the ABAP program RGSCTS00, you can copy sets into transparent data base tables. The following tables are filled:
- SETCATALOG Header information for sets
- SETTEXTS Set short texts
- SETLINES Set lines
- SETLTEXTS Set line short texts
Using the program RGSLTS00, you can list the names and the short texts of the sets in the tables.
You can delete sets from the tables using the ABAP program RGSDTS00.

The transparent tables will probably be replaced by tables with a different name and a different structure in one of the future releases. They should therefore not be used for cross-release archiving.
Weitere Hinweise
The entries of the transparent tables are not updated automatically when you delete or make changes. If you want the table entries to be updated, you have to again call up the ABAP programs RGSCTS00 and RGSDTS00 after changes have been made to the sets.
Cost center hierarchies and cost element hierarchies are stored as sets for the table CCSS. A set corresponds to each group (that is, each hierarchy node). The name of the set starts with '0H' followed by the name of the group.
