Payroll Control Center 04

Verwendung

As of EA-HRRXX 608 SP015, the payroll experience for the payroll process manager introduced in EA-HRRXX 608 SP012 is now enhanced with a payroll experience for payroll administrators.

It is supported by a new SAP Fiori Design-based user interface, this tool allows payroll administrators to perform, for example, the following tasks:

  • Identify issues they have to carry out an in-depth analysis,
  • Obtain more information about the issues,
  • Forward errors assigned to them to other payroll administrators included in the same group,
  • Forward errors assigned to them to a central list of errors. In this central list, the errors are displayed with the status Not assigned. Payroll admnistrators can take them over and process them.
  • Recheck the changes made to see whether the problem has been resolved,
  • Assign themselves errors without assignment.

To allow payroll administrators to work with the new Uis and use the new payroll experience, you first must run the Create Worklists for Payroll Administrators (PYC_GEN_FP3_UNASSIGNED_WL) report.
