Changes in personal calendar generation
Beschreibung
For Belgium, the following changes have been made regarding the generation of the personal calendar (report RPTGENB0):
1. Switch to define the begin day for calculation of days between illnesses
Up to release 3.0E, the begin day for counting the number of days between two identical illnesses was the last day of the previous illness.
For release 3.0F, a new parameter has been added to the selection options for report RPTGENB0: The checkbox
Hervalling berek. vanaf 2WGL serves to define the date on which counting should start.
The following options are available:
- Checkbox Hervalling berek. vanaf 2WGL: 'X'
The begin day for counting the number of days will be the last day for which guaranteed salary was paid (=last day second week guaranteed salary).
- Checkbox Hervalling berek. vanaf 2WGL: ' '
The begin day for counting the number of days will be the last day of the previous illness.
2. All absences of the same type and reason which immediately follow each other will be handled as one absence
If you enter a period of illness of 10 days and execute the report RPTGENB0 for a worker, you receive the following output:

If a new illness of the same type is entered immediately after the first period (extension), these two periods will be treated as one.
Example:
If you enter the same absence type and reason for 7 additional days and execute the report RPTGENB0, you will receive the following output:
Z2Z2Z2Z2Z2Z2Z2Z3Z3Z3Z3Z3Z3Z3Z4Z4Z4
The two periods are treated as one. As a result, there is no 'carenz dag', as the complete period includes more than 14 days.

In the selection screen for the report RPTGENB0, the checkbox Hervalling berek. vanaf 2WGL has been added. It serves to define the begin day for counting the number of days between two absences.
