Infotype Person.Data(0002): Extension of name fields

Beschreibung

As from release 4.0A, a number of fields in infotype Personal Datahave been extended to include 40 digits.

For Belgium, this applies to the following field:

Last name and Birth name

For customers who have stored the old definition in their database and want to upgrade to 4.0A, there are two reports to perform this update:

• Report RPUC0002 for personnel administration
  

• Report RPUC0002B for applicant administration

• For the applicant administration report, only three selection fields in the selection screen are needed:

• 1) applicant number

• 2) test option

• 3) password
