Long-term Leave Liquidation enhancement
Beschreibung
In the standard Japanese Time Management setup for Flextime employees, he/she can carry over a number of non-worked hours from the current month to be added to the planned work hours for the following month.
This enhancement liquidates these non-worked hours to create a deduction amount to be deducted from his/her payroll.
Function Description
When an employee takes a long-term leave of absence, this is indicated as the employee being inactive in the employment status of infotype 0000 (STAT2=1). If the employee also has a number of non-worked hours to be carried over, these hours are not carried over but are instead added to the number of hours of unpaid absences and together are calculated as a deduction to be deducted from the payroll. This routine is similar to when the employment status is set to withdrawn.
Changes to the interface
The system will trigger a leave-term leave liquidation in event the employment status is set to inactive. The use or miss-use of this status may lead to incorrect results. Confer with your consultants on use of this status.
