Enhancements in Retirement function
Beschreibung
There are three enhancements in Retirement function
- Support Year End Adjustment for retiree who left a company at year end and also completed his/her retirement liquidation for the next period within a same year.
- Exempt income tax from Retirement liquidation in case an employee is deceased.
- Payroll Execution for Retiree Help Manager.
Year End Adjustment for Year End Retirees
Year End Adjustment function can now include the amount of Retirement Liquidation that is paid within a same year even though its payroll period is '01'(January) of the next year.
Retirement Liquidation for deceased employee
Retirement Liquidation payroll accounting can now diversify the income tax calculation process automatically so that income tax will not be deducted from deceased employee.
Payroll Execution for Retiree Help Manager
A new function is now available which selects retirees in a selected period and displays their information on how far the retirement process is complete and which payroll functions are to be performed.
With this Help Manager, the risk of miss-execution of retirement process is expected to become lower.
Weitere Hinweise
Payroll Execution for Retirees Help Manager now appears as an entry screen of every retirement-related payroll functions.
Personnel numbers of the Retirees you have selected via the Help Manager are handed over to each payroll functions so that you won't have to enter those personnel numbers again in the selection screen.
