Split absolute deductions into collected and advanced amount

Beschreibung

An absolute deduction is taken and remitted completely, even if the net amount is not high enough.

It is possible to split the deduction wage type into the collected and the advance amount coming from the employer.

New wage types have to be created and a link between them has to be defined to keep track of the advance amount and its repayment.
