Table T5UB8 is used only when both the US Benfits and Payroll functionality are used.

From release 3.0D, deduction model can be associated only with Benefit Areas, and no longer with a combination of Benefit Areas and Plans. Please see the Assign pay period models to Benefits contributions section in the Payroll Implementation Guide.
