OHAJNT005 - Wage types for remuneration statement

In this step, you can check or customize wagetypes necessary for outputting time information on remuneration statement. However, if the following wagetypes are not used in remuneration statement, setting the wagetypes is unnecessary. If you change or create user wagetype by copying standard wagetype, a form table setting for remuneration statement should be customized too. Please refer to a form setting IMG for details Remuneration Statement.

  • M128 (Leave balance negotiated).
  • (Control it by infotype 0005) The paid leave remainder days.

  • M129 (Leave balance compensated)
  • (Control it by infotype 2006) The remainder days of the compensatory holiday.

  • M850 (Cumulate compensatory leave days)
  • Days at compensatory holiday which generate overtime work this month when compensatory holiday is converted.

  • M859 (Holiday attendance days)
  • Real days by which it went to work on holiday.

In addition, when employee's employee subgroup is hourly wage earner, entry of a special wagetype into infotype 2010 employee remuneration information is necessary. However, if the following wagetype is not used in remuneration statement, setting the wagetype is not necessary.

  • M853 (Normal attendance days (hourly))
  • Real days by which it went to work on weekday.

When the above-mentioned wagetype is customized or copied to user wagetypes, the influence is exerted on the payroll accounting processing. The reason for it is that the standard wagetypes are specified on the cycle in the payroll accounting process. If you customize or create user wagetype by copyingstandard wagetype, you should also customize/adjust related cycles and schema (JT00:Processing of Time Data for Payroll Accounting - JAPAN). Relation between standard wagetypes and cycles are listed below.

  • M128
  • Cycle J14A:Importing previous month's time WT (JAPAN)

  • Cycle J930:Processing actual times

  • M129
  • Cycle J14A:Importing previous month's time WT (JAPAN)

  • Cycle J930:Processing actual times

  • M850
  • Cycle J930:Processing actual times

  • M853
  • Cycle J930:Processing actual times

  • M859
  • Cycle J930:Processing actual times

  1. Check the specifications of above-mentioned standard wagetypes.
  2. Copy the above-mentioned standard wagetype to user wagetype if necessary.Copy the standard cycle which is to be customized/adjusted (J14A to Z14A, J930 to Z930 ). Then customize/adjust each cycle influenced by customizing the above-mentioned wagetypes.
  3. Then customize schema JT00 influenced by customizing the above-mentioned cycles by deactivate corresponding standard cycles and insert user cycles.
