In this step you will define an employee to proportionally accrue leave
based on hours worked.
An employee works varying hours each pay period. The employee is
entitled to accrue leave but not the full amount. Instead, the
employee accrues a proportional value based on the the hours worked as
a percentage of the normal full time hours.
The standard SAP system defines the employee's contract condition in
the Contract elements infotype(0016).
The field Contract type is used by the leave system to indicate
an employee is to accrue leave proportioanlly based on the hours
worked. A value of 99 in the contract type flags the employee to
accrue leave on an hours worked basis.
