OHAQTAX00202 - Define thresholds and coefficients

In this step, you define the threshold and coefficient amounts used to calculate tax scales.

Before creating a new tax scale, you must perform the step Create tax scales.

To create new thresholds and coefficients for a tax scale, in the view Tax Scale Australia (V_T5QTX), you:

1. Choose New entries.
2. Enter the threshold or coefficient amounts required.
3. Choose Save.
   

To modify the thresholds and coefficients of a tax scale, in the view Tax Scale Australia (V_T5QTX), you:

1. Flag the tax scale with the threshold or coefficient you want to change.
2. Choose Copy.
3. Modify the threshold or coefficient amounts.
4. Choose Save.

Please note that changes need to be made in all clients as the table is client dependant.
