In this step you should determine wage types that are to be used
to spread the amount of tax to be paid over a number of full payroll
accounting periods.

The following standard settings are deliverd:

  • The wage type is used to spread tax for the main envelope
  • The wage type is used to spread tax for the second envelope
  • The wage type is used to spread tax for the third envelope
  • The wage type is used to spread tax for the fourth envelope

SAP recommends that the model wage type entries are used or copied.

These entries are:

  • TPR1 tax spread wage type for main envelope
  • TRP2 tax spread wage type for second envelope
  • TPR3 tax spread wage type for third envelope
  • TPR4 tax spread wage type for fourth envelope
  1. For a wage type that is to be used to spread tax, determine which
    setting is to be used.
  2. Indicate the wage type the same way.
