In this step, you can define SYOYO amount payment factor per pay scale type, pay scale area, pay scale group and pay scale level combination in a feature. The following two steps definie this SYOYO payment factor:

  • Define payment factor modifier per pay scale type, area, group and level combinations
  • Define payment factor value per factor modifier

For pay scale group G01, modifier 01 is assigned, and for pay scale group G02, modifier 02 is assigned. For modifier 01, payment factor 1.0 is assigned, and for modifier 02, payment factor 1.2 is assigned.

SAP's sample payment factor have already been defined.

  1. Check the sample setting in the feature and change/add your payment modifier for pay scale type, area, group and level combinations.
  2. Define payment factor value for each payment factor modifier with validity period.
