/ACCGO/DGR_MAINT_DAILY_SNAPSHT - Create End-of-Day Snapshot for DGR Logistics Documents and Stock

Purpose

With this report, you can create an end-of-day snapshot for the Daily Grain Report (DGR) logistics documents and/or stock for the current or the next day, and a predefined snapshot time.

Integration

This transaction is intended for logistics documents and stock only. If financial documents must be also considered, use transaction JBAS instead.

Prerequisites

Before you can use this report for a combination of portfolio hierarchy and node, you must have defined a snapshot time for this particular combination. For this, you use transaction Manage End-of-Day Snapshot Definitions (CMM_DEND_SNAPSHOT).

Features

Selection

To perform this report, you select a specific combination of the portfolio hierarchy and the portfolio hierarchy node.

For checking generated messages in the application log of transaction SLG1 use the following selection criteria:

Field	Technical Name
Object:	CMM
Subobject:	DNED_PREP
External ID:	SNAPSHOT

Example

For the combination of portfolio hierarchy 1 and portfolio hierarchy node 1 the snapshot time is set at 2pm CET. If the report is executed for this combination before 2pm on the current day, a snapshot will be created for today. If the report is executed after 2pm CET, a snapshot will be created for tomorrow.,,
