Direct transfer of AFS Distribution of Requirements data.

Description

Application Link Enabling (ALE) enables the export of AFS Distribution of Requirements data to an external system by means of IDocs.

Functionality

You can select the data to be sent by specifying a material number range, a spread profile range, or both. If you do not select either, then the system selects all profiles. If you choose spread profile, you can also include the material where-used list in the IDoc.

You select the profile types needed. Valid values are:

  • Plant
  • Category
  • Grid value
  • Period

You must select at least one profile type, otherwise no data will be sent.

You can add additional criteria to restrict the data to be sent. Valid criteria are:

  • Periods
  • Validity periods
  • Versions
  • Range of plants
  • Range of categories
