Purpose

You use this report to generate a structure based on a remote-enabled function module, using all the parameters of the function module as components of the structure.

Once generated, you can use the structure in SAP Application Interface Framework interfaces to trigger a specific event.

Features

Selection

  • Function Module: Name of the function module for which the structure is to be created
  • SAP/Raw Data Structure: Name of the structure to be generated
  • Prefix: Prefix for the names of all dictionary objects to be created
  • Package: Package in which the objects are to be created. If you enter a blank or $tmp the objects are created locally.
  • Workbench Request: Transport request for the new objects. A request is not required for local objects. For transportable objects, you can also enter a request later during the structure generation.
