Purpose

This XPRA is used to adjust the contents of the action object table (/AIN/DM_ACT_OBJ). It does the following:

1. Sets the EPC1_VERSION field with the client default EPC version in /AIN/DM_ACT_OBJ
2. Removes pending 0's in EPC1 & EPC2 fields (to adapt the EPC domain change from RAW_64 to CHAR_96)
3. Fills the PROD_GUID & OBJ_UOM fields for GTIN-based objects , if the product ID& UoM can be uniquely determined
4. Fixes action objects where PRT_OBJ_GUID, TOP_OBJ_GUID, and OBJ_GUID contain the same value by setting the object's PRT_OBJ_GUID to initial
