Purpose

You use this report to automatically create checklist items for one or more commercial projects.

Integration

You have made all the prerequisite Customizing settings for the commercial project, in Customizing for SAP Commercial Project Management under Master Data:

• Commercial Project

• Milestone Checklist

Activities

You can create checklist items and adjust dates for one or more commercial projects specified by you.

1. Automatic Creation of Checklist Items
1. Choose Create Checklist Items.

If you need to revisit an existing set of checklist items, mark one of the following checkboxes:

Overwrite: To overwrite the existing checklist items of one or more commercial projects.

Update: To update the existing checklist items of one or more commercial projects.

1. (Optional) Mark the Test Run checkbox and then choose Execute, to test the report before running it.
2. Choose Execute to run the report.

1. Choose Adjust Dates.
2. (Optional) Mark the Test Run checkbox and then choose Execute, to test the report before running it.
3. Choose Executeto run the report.
