/GSINS/NLGBA_DISPLAY - Display GBA Messages (Netherlands)

Purpose

You use this report to display GBA messages as follows:

• Incoming messages that you have imported from files that you receive from the GBA authority. For more information, see Import GBA Messages (Netherlands).

• Outgoing messages that you have exported from the system in order to send them to the GBA authority. For more information, see Export GBA Messages (Netherlands).

Integration

This report uses an authorization object to control user actions. For more information, see GBA Messages Authorization.

Prerequisites

Features

The message data that the report displays includes the following:

• Processing status

• Message number

• Message type

• A-number of the given person

• The reason for the error in case the message was imported with an error

• The user who created who imported or exported the message

• The time and date of message creation and that of the last changes made to the message

The report enables you to view the details of any message or to navigate to the corresponding business partner.

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Insurance → Claims Management → Country Specifics → Netherlands → GBA Interface → Display GBA Messages.
